The Anchorage Health Literacy Collaborative, together with Providence Health & Services Alaska, UAA Center for Human Development and Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center present Alaska Health Literacy Summit: Working Together to Improve Health on November 5, 2016 from 8 am - 4:30 pm at Providence Alaska Medical Center (3200 Providence Dr., Anchorage, AK) in West Auditorium. This summit is for health care professionals and community members. Learn evidence-based communication tools that improve health outcomes and quality of care.

$60 Registration Fee (non-student / non-senior)

$30 Student and/or Senior (age 55+) Fee

$15 Continuing Education Fee (if needed)

 

Refreshments and a $5 lunch card are included in the cost of registration (all categories).

 

If the cost of registration is a barrier, and you want to attend this event, training access funds are available. Email rain@alaskachd.org or call 907-264-6281 to apply for a registration fee waiver.
